But it should be. Hospitals team building is a very important skill to learn, because hospitals are environments where good teamwork is extremely important. There is more than money on the line, there are people's lives on the line. Because of this, any hospital administrator or supervisor should take action to strengthen and build their team. This team may include doctors, nurses, interns, assistants, office workers and more.
