An indoor rock climbing wall, a spirited game of laser tag or paintball, an adventure in an indoor skydiving wind tunnel -- these are all examples of activities that can be lots of fun yet at the same time build a stronger team. There are even theme retreats with planned activities made especially for corporate teams. I have seen cowboy theme retreats, comedy club improv theme retreats, bike building retreats and more. These retreats put your employees into teams and give them tasks that are fun yet that require solid teamwork.
